My Amazing Weekend

There are times when you just know you have had a moment. It can be a moment of victory, love, passion, hope, or an ah-ha moment. These are moments that stay with you for life. What many people don’t realize is that these are moments that have been chosen for you. Good or bad they are to test your strengths and make sure you are paying attention to life. Well I had one of those moments last weekend.

I attended an event on relationship building and understanding your true purpose in life. What I came away was a profound effect on my mind and spirit. Many of you on this site know or have heard of a Beachbody Coach. You may have even been asked to be one or heard people talking about it. I am not going to talking about coaching but rather the avenue and grand picture that I have seen for myself that happens to come through coaching.

So many people don’t know what they want to do with their life. When I was younger I was always asked what you want to be when you grow up. I never had an answer. I would always go to career day and think man that stuff is just not for me. I couldn’t stand working behind a desk all day. I always knew I was supposed to do bigger and better things. This does not come from an egotistical standpoint, and I know I am no way better than anyone else. I just knew, deep down, I had a greater purpose then crunching numbers or making sales.

This weekend I learned that my purpose is to inspire hope. My purpose is to change a life. I have been given something far more valuable than money or material possessions. My gift is myself. I have the gift to give myself and why should I be quiet and stand by when people need to know what is out there.

P90X, Insanity, Beachbody you guys all see it. What I do is much more than that. What we do is much more than that. We build dreams. We inspire hope and positive change. We offer friendship and relationships. We are a bigger picture of tomorrow.

I don’t care if it is about Beachbody or the job you’re at now. If you feel like you are destined for great things make it point to search for your calling. The world needs more people like you.

I am here for you regardless of where you are in life. You are reading this not by accident but because maybe I have something for you. Maybe I can guide you in a different direction or maybe you can do the same with me.

Hope

Hope defined as a noun is,

The feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best.

Hope is a powerful word. Sing hope into someone’s life and you have started the journey to endless possibilities. Many people are hopeful. They hope for happiness, health, wealth, etc. We are always dreaming and hoping but deep down, somewhere, someone has told us no. Someone has stopped us from our dreams.

Remember when you were little and you wanted to be a (fill in the blank)? Somewhere along the way someone came by and told you be realistic, be responsible, be something else. They stripped hope from you. What these people and many people fail to realize is hope is more powerful than they realize.

When you are told your doing a good job, how do you feel? Proud? Happy? Hopeful? So many times we allow toxins into our life. We allow people to tell us we can’t or we shouldn’t and so to often do we give up hope. I want you to stop and think for a moment, are you one of those people? Are you constantly uplifting and empowering people, or do you like so many, put down ideas and actions.

You see, when you give someone hope they actually feel it on every level. You can see it in their eyes, smile, walk, and posture. When you encourage, you not only lift up the person you reached out to but you encourage yourself. You find that this has a boomerang effect. You in return become inspired and uplifted. When someone has hope that may all they need to achieve greatness. I am here to give you hope J

I am here to encourage you to be the best you, you can be. Whatever your dreams and goals are I believe in you. I believe you are remarkable and have everything you need to reach your goals. I BELIEVE IN YOU.
